Founding partner of Sion Advogados. Post-doctoral student in Law at the University of Salamanca in Spain (certificate pending defense of doctorate). Doctoral student in Law at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, Portugal (thesis deposited). Master in International Commercial Law (LL.M) from the University of California, United States. Specialist in Constitutional Law. Postgraduate in Civil Law and Civil Procedure (FGV). Lawyer with a degree in Law and Business Administration. Professional with solid experience in supporting the implementation and operation of large industries and capital-intensive and infrastructure projects in Brazil.

  • - He was an in-house lawyer (2001 to 2011) at Vale, MMX and Anglo American, having held executive positions in the legal area at the latter two companies.
    - In recent years he has been Head of Regulatory Law Brazil for the Anglo American group.
