Chapter Author: The Legal Uncertainty of Opening Lithium Exports
Book Description:
The Brazilian Association of Energy and Environmental Law (ABDEM) is a non-profit entity established in 2018, bringing together members from various fields related to the environment and energy, including lawyers, engineers, geographers, among other professionals specialized in the environment. ABDEM's objective is to unite these multidisciplinary professionals in the areas of energy law and environmental law to deepen and promote the study of matters related to these fields, on legal-regulatory bases, both nationally and internationally, as a way to ensure the exchange of ideas, mutual assistance, harmonization of conduct, and concentration of efforts to offer courses, seminars, lectures, publications, among other activities. It is from this perspective of excellence that we launch another work to address themes so valuable to society and national development. The book "Energy and Environment – Volume III" reflects the competence of a body of high-ranking associates and ABDEM's commitment to disseminating quality knowledge to the public. We hope that the book "Energy and Environment – Volume III" serves as a study source for all those seeking to understand the legal-environmental treatments of the energy sector.
