We inform you that, due to the decision issued by the TJMG on 11.05.2021, within the scope of ADI No. 1.000.20.589108-8/000, which declared the unconstitutionality of the final part of §9, Article 16 of State Law No. 7.772/1980, prohibiting the issuance of Terms of Conduct Adjustment (“TACs”) for the continuation of enterprises that are irregular until their effective environmental regularization, FIEMG filed yesterday, 17.05.2021, Embargoes of Declaration with Request for Suspensive Effect requesting:

• Entry into the action as an interested third party to act in the case,
• Granting suspensive effect to the decision so that it does not take effect until the final judgment of the process, maintaining the validity of the TACs concluded and ongoing.
• The modulation of the decision's effects so that it does not retroact and affect the validity of TACs already concluded or under negotiation.
