Professional experience: 15 years of professional experience developed in the internal legal department of multinational companies in the Steel, Mining, and Logistics sectors, such as Vale, ArcelorMittal Brasil, Vale Logística Integrada, and APERAM.

Lawyer graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais in 2003. Postgraduate in Civil Law.

Professor of "Contract Management" courses at undergraduate level (2005 to 2010).

In the last 9 years, he has worked in various law firms in the Advisory-Contractual field, participating in the negotiation, analysis, and drafting of contracts; in the Advisory-Corporate field, following due diligence, mediating corporate conflicts, providing corporate consultancy, and drafting various corporate instruments; and in Civil-Contractual Litigation, drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and presenting oral arguments before Courts.
